A Proposal for Human-Scale
Post-Scarcity Living

We are not designing a theory. We are deploying a functional physical protocol to build autonomy right out from beneath legacy systems.

For generations, humanity has pursued technological advancement with the promise that one day it would free people from unnecessary struggle. We built industrial systems, global supply chains, automation, computing, and now artificial intelligence — yet despite unprecedented technological capability, millions of people still spend most of their lives trapped in cycles of stress, instability, isolation, meaningless work, and economic insecurity.

Technology has advanced rapidly. Human life has not.

Today, the majority of advanced automation, AI systems, industrial optimisation, and large-scale production capability exists primarily to maximise profit, market growth, financial extraction, and wealth concentration. The greatest technological revolution in human history is overwhelmingly being directed toward increasing efficiency for corporations, financial systems, and a tiny fraction of the global population.

Meanwhile:

Modern society has achieved incredible scale — but lost human connection, direct contribution, and meaningful community in the process.

We believe this is not a technological failure.
It is a design failure.

Not in theory. Not after some distant AI revolution. Now.

Minimal external dependency
Human-scale governance
Open technological infrastructure
Shared contribution
Ecological sustainability
Distributed knowledge
Automation that serves people, not profit
